- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We are extremely competitive and are a local family owned company with low overhead so we pass the savings onto our customers. We offer discounts for first-time customers, seniors, first responders, educators, and more to keep our services affordable.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
From the initial call you are dealing with an HVAC professional and not a call support center. When we schedule a time, we will show up at that time and not just give you a time range for 4 hours like many companies do. We come with a fully stocked truck and if parts are needed, we don't charge you extra to go and pick it up.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Many of the bigger companies are now being purchased by private equity groups and hedge funds and it's all about sales and upselling the customer for them so I decided to open my own company.
