I am Grant Bradshaw Personal Trainer

Grant is wonderful. His attention to the needs of his clients is the best I’ve experienced. He assesses what you need quickly and effortlessly. In my first session he had me doing a move with ease that I had always struggled with. My favorite part about his training style is the way he motivates. He pushes but never crosses the line. He is great!

Grant is the man!!! I switched gears in the gym, He kicked my workouts into overdrive with nitro!! He sets goals both short and long term! Daily check ins! It’s personal for him that you succeed! He has the knowledge in nutrition, mental health, and physical exercise to help you accomplish your goals!!! Highly recommended!!!!

Training with Grant is one of the best gifts I have ever given myself. I was tired, overweight, unhealthy, and insecure in myself. Grant helped me change all of that.
