- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Most large companies pass on the cost of their offices, fleets, billboards and the like to customers in the form of high cost pricing. As a family-owned business, we care more about keeping our overhead low to ensure our customers receive the best possible pricing.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We provide a speedy process to help customers receive a thorough quote and satisfactory results. Our free in-person estimate typically lasts 20-to-30 minutes. We then provide a thorough quote within 48-hours. When accepted, we follow up with our new customer to schedule their start date. In many cases, the entire process from estimate to start date can move as quickly as 2-to-3 days.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We're firm believers in continuing education and hold weekly meetings with our team to ensure everyone is up to speed on new technology, services and offerings to benefit customers.
