- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our prices are all inclusive of what we quote. There are no hidden fees. We know we aren't the lowest price photo booth in the area, but we use the best equipment and deliver the best quality and service leading up to your event, during your event and after.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I will ask lots of questions about your event so we understand your needs and desires. We try to customize each event. After you have decided to hire us, we will start the booking and design process. We work with you on finding the perfect amount of rental time based on number of guests, but also finding the right times during the party to get the most bang for your buck.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have been part of the entertainment industry for over 7 years. We have adapted our services to the latest trends but also to the needs and wants of our clients. We belong to networking groups among other photo booth owners but also within the wedding industry.
