We had a few pet stains from our dogs getting sick in our living room. and bedroom, which made the carpet smell like dog poo. I wanted to replace the carpet but I tried a carpet cleaning first. Gleam Team did a great job getting the smell out of the carpet. They were generous with their cleanser and deodorizer. They cleaned great and the men who came were polite and respectful. One of the men was patiently training the other and answering my many questions. I am happy for his patience towards me and the work they did. The carpet smelled great still a week later.

HIGHLY RECOMMEND! David and Nolan are very professional. Honest. They came in and did my living room and stairs- the stair carpet is original to house and looked very very worn. Perfect? No but it is 21 y/o carpet that has lived through kids!!! So perfect in a sense! Tons Better than before! I was very skeptical but wowd. All I can say is stay away from S.S. The Gleam team will do a way better job and they took their time!!!
