I cannot say enough great things about this company. I had a chair that went with a set. The chair broke. Everyone said it could not be repaired. Well it was repaired & you cannot tell it was ever broken. Next time I need something repaired I will definitely be going to this company. Fair price for excellent quality of work. They also do upholstery. If you have furniture that needs repair Nuvo West is the place to go!

I highly recommend Juan Ramos with Nuvovest. He is very knowledgeable in his field. He knew what part I needed for my recliner from my description over an email. He gave an estimate on the cost based on ordering the part and his fee for fixing the chair. His fee was much more reasonably priced than other companies that I talked to. He informed me when the part had arrived and was able to install it the next day. He was able to fix our chair quickly and I am VERY happy with his work. I will use him again if we need a chair fixed! He is a very nice and kind man too.

Juan is incredible. I had six antique chairs reupholstered. He realized the padding needed to be replaced while in the process and did an amazing and thorough job fixing up our chairs. They are like new now! The craftsmanship is impressive. He communicated through tour the process, provided reasonable pricing and it only took a few weeks. Our chairs look better than they did before. I highly recommend Juan and his team!
