FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Smart Restoration LLC uses an industry standard estimating platform which produces a professional estimate. It will show a diagram of the rooms affected and a breakdown on the estimate itself showing all the work that will be performed. The estimate provided is a free estimate. No estimates are able to be provided over the phone for our mold, water, or pressure washing projects. A visual inspection is necessary in order for an accurate estimate to be provided and completed. For sanitization cleaning, an estimate may typically be able to provided over the phone.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Easy 3 Step Process: 1. Call SMART Restoration LLC to set up an appointment for your home or business regarding mold or water removal, or pressure washing projects. 2. An estimate can be provided over the phone for sanitization cleaning. For mold or water removal, or pressure washing a project manager will come to your home or business and complete an initial inspection of damages and assess work to be completed. An estimate will be provided on-site if possible or provided within 48 hours. 3. If the estimate is accepted, a contract is signed, a down payment is collected, and the job is scheduled to begin.
