Communication was great. Danile notified me each step of the way. He had a problem with his mower but was prompt to advise me. We though he might have to reschedule but he was able to fix his mower and finish our yard on the scheduled day for which we were appreciative. He did a good job on the lawn and we look forward to more cuts by Daniel.

I was very satisfied with JC services and the way my grass looked.. He did an excellent mowing and trim and cleaned up afterward.. He was very professional and took pride in the job, him and his wife.. Very happy and highly appreciative, he's very recommendable.

I originally ranked a 3 because the mowing was not the best on the 3 times I had them out. But LawnStarter reached out and went out of their way to make it right for me. I would try them again if I plan to outsource my mowing in the future.

We price using your address to determine the actual lawn size and then use the lowest industry rates for the area to quote you the best offer that we can.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typically our customers like to call in because it is easy and quick, we are able to give an accurate quote just using your address. They can also schedule entirely online at lawnstarter.com. From there, we typically reserve a weekly time or bi-weekly depending on a customers' needs. We also set them up with a customer account so they can manage their service online as they please.
