- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We will need the approximate square footage and number of bedrooms/bathrooms at the property to estimate cost for deep cleans or move-outs. We charge a 20% deposit up front and then we charge the remaining amount once you are satisfied with the clean.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We schedule our jobs and process payments through an app called Housecall Pro, which also allows you to communicate directly with our team and get updates on the progress of your clean.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our cleaners are extremely experienced and passionate about the work they do.
