Austin did a great job with some remodeling work in two of my bathrooms. He installed new flooring, vanities and toilets in both bathrooms. He painted both bathrooms as well. All of this was completed in just two short days and the quality of work was great. He was friendly and always quick to reply. I would recommend him for your home projects and look forward to working with him on projects in the future.

Austin was fantastic to work with, and we will definitely be using his services in the future. We needed a new chandelier hung in our entryway with a 20ft ceiling, which also required removing the old fixture. He was quick to respond and came out same day to confirm the job and quote, as well as came back later that afternoon to do the install. Would definitely recommend Austin for all handyman needs!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Different projects have different rates. Larger jobs get a formal proposal. Smaller handyman type jobs I have a daily rate. So just depends.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Meet. Go over a project. Timeline. Price. I’m not a pushy salesman if someone wants to hire me for their project I’m honored to be chosen but i will not harass potential clients. If customers want me to hold time on the calendar I like to get a commitment check.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Hands on experience. Being in the field doing the work. Knowing what works and what doesn’t. My family is in the trades. Master electricians. Master plumbers. Master painters. Combined more than 100 years of experience. If I’m in a pinch I know who to call.
