- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My prices are always fair. I am not always going to be the cheapest option but for the quality of work my customers receive, I am worth every penny!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
After the introduction period, I start doing a lot of listening and note taking. My goal is to make sure that we are always on the same page. I’m going to make sure that all details are crystal clear so that the customer gets exactly what they want!
