- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is based on the size of your home, the level of cleaning required required, and any additional services requested. I offer flat-rate and hourly pricing for different cleaning needs. Discounts are available for recurring services (weekly, biweekly, or monthly). Extra fees may apply for deep cleaning, excessive clutter, pet hair removal, or last-minute bookings. A deposit may be required for first-time clients, and I ask for at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations to avoid a cancellation fee.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I start with a free consultation to understand your cleaning needs and home layout. You can request a quote online or by phone. Once booked, I arrive on time with all the necessary supplies. After the cleaning, I ensure you’re satisfied with our work. For recurring clients, we set up a schedule that fits your needs and budget.

I have hands-on experience in professional cleaning and ongoing training in efficient cleaning techniques, sanitation practices, and safe product use. I also stay updated on the best ways to clean and organize different home environments to ensure top-quality service.
