This is my first time using this service and although not a bad experience in terms of the assembly itself and the person who came, who was prompt and very nice. The reason why I will not likely use these services again is that it took the pro 3 hrs to assemble the bed frame. Maybe my expectations were unrealistic. The hourly rate was great, $67/hr. It totaled approximately $200. Seems like a lot considering I only paid $350 for the frame itself. Additionally, I could’ve opted to add assembly through Wayfair which would’ve cost only $85 total. Now I know that Wayfair offers such affordable assembly services, I will choose that option in the future. I later noticed that there were 4 pieces left so I have no idea what it’s for. Also the pro did not speak English at all which made it kind of difficult because translator apps are not always accurate. But if you’re ok with that price for one furniture item to be assembled, then I say go for it. He was able to come same day as request and was on time.
