Richard was very capable and knowledgeable. My wife and I tried to assemble the equipment before calling Richard. He quickly identified where we were stuck and completed the assembly.
I’m m not sure we would have ever figured the assembly out without his help.

I was given a time and an approximate estimate. They showed up exactly on time and were friendly, polite, and professional. They even worked hard at saving me some money. I would definitely recommend them and have asked them to come back and put in a new kitchen faucet. You will not be disappointed and my new dishwasher runs great!

Richard is a true professional. He is very responsive anytime throughout the process, I had a question he was quick to respond by text or call. I finally received the product. Today 04/14/2024 was the day. He arrived at 730 am and was leaving at 1230 completely done. He is very knowledgeable and thorogh about whole process. You can tell he had done this before. Richard did a great job putting our playground together! He was well prepared, timely, and professional. He even stayed longer than what he wanted to ensure the job got done!
