FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is $60 per hour. I will add a small travel fee for gas if I have to travel more than 15 miles. I have discounts added for signing up for more sessions. Do you want to invite a friend? Sure…I just add $20 to that session so I can make that session tailored to both of your goals. Do you have 3 or more interested with similar goals? I would be happy to discuss that discount pricing if interested.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
As a new client, we will begin with a demo session which will include your long term and short term goals. We will go though health concerns and a few daily living questions. We will discuss your likes and dislikes relating to fitness. I will take you though a few painless assessments and discuss sample fitness plans that would be fit for your goals, timing, and liking. We will also discuss how you feel comfortable monitoring your success. We will finish our first session with a few exercises if time and a set up schedule for our next sessions.
