- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing tends to be more reasonable than other officiants. Prospective clients and I discuss the specifics in our first conversation.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Usually the clients and I have a telephone conversation during which we discuss their particular circumstance and expectations for a wedding ceremony. Typically, we are able to design the framework of the ceremony during that call. I then put together a ceremony with their specifications and any of my suggestions to which they have agreed. Sometimes we exchange emails concerning certain details or changes which they request. The process is relatively simple and quite efficient.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Being in education and management for many years has provided me with the skills to work with couples effectively. Empathy, organization and a love for providing this service to them are the key elements to success.
