- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is very transparent I will give an itemized list and cost of everything that I use for your project. I require at least a two-week advance notice before the event so I can order supplies. I also require a deposit to book the date of which once paid no refunds will be given under any circumstances. The balance will be paid the two days prior to event taking place.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to do a consultation to learn the client's vision, I will take photos of the space prior to doing a digital sketch and giving a quote, at this time I will get the color scheme and details of the project There is a cost for consultation in that I will have to travel and spend time creating sketch, but this cost will go toward the project if you choose to move forward.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a BS in Art and Biology. I have been drawing painting and decorating for over 30 years. I volunteer my time and talents for a non-profit where I have had the opportunity to build and create murals and props for plays and parties. I have also been certified in balloon courses through Ballery.lv,JPD events,A Lesson in Luxury and The Event King (formerly known as the Balloon King) I continue to invest in my education.
