The actual home inspection was great! He really knew what he was doing amd explained everything well.
But it took 2 weeks in order to receive our inspection summary list. We had to continue to call and message in order to get any response. Life happens, but as a home buyer paying for the inspection, it was ridiculous that we had to wait for something that could have been typed and handed over immediately.

actually. the inspection report was delivered within two days. I hired a third party to do the radon test as all my machines were busy. it took the radon company 7 days to deliver the report. I apologised for the delay but it was beyond my control. I no longer use their services..

Garette was great. I'm an out of town investor and needed a quick inspection on a property I was buying. Spoke to Garette on the phone, we exchanged a couple of emails and 2 days later he did the inspection. 12 hours after that I got the full report and we went over it in detail on the phone. he was thorough, professional and everything was easy to understand. It was a pleasure to work with him and I will use him again in the future.
I highly recommend Garette Wayne.
