Daniel from A1 knew waaaaay more about how to repair my garage door than every other big name national chain company technician I’ve ever met. Another technician from another company came out and said he’s been repairing garage doors for over six years and he’s never seen anything as bad as my door and swore he couldn’t do anything about it and did everything he could to fix it and it was still shaking and shuttering and slamming as it came down When you closed it. And he left it that way he left the job with the door, not repaired yet I still had to pay him. Daniel came the next day and within five minutes he had it fixed. And now it closes smoothly and beautifully and more quiet than ever. It’s the quietest door I’ve ever seen or heard. And the door itself is now over 30 years old. Daniel fixed it
He’s Honest. Creative. Open-minded. Humble. Smart. And never once tried to upsell me on anything. He listened to what I wanted… really listened. Other big company guys constantly tried to talk me out of what I wanted or didn’t even listen and just kept pushing their own ideas and their own products. Daniel puts the customer first. I was having a few problems with my garage door the spring ended up snapping. So I called Ron to come out and repair it he also did few adjustments as well. He did amazing job, very quick with great professionalism.
