- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Mr. Electric gives up front Flat Rate pricing. We provide Free Quotes for most Electrical repairs/updates/upgrades and the price does not change during the service installation. There is never an overtime Fee. We offer an Advantage Plan that gives our customers priority scheduling, preferential pricing (15% off), exclusive savings, and more. We also have Coupons and discounts that you can find on our Website. We also offer Financing.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our Electricians show up to your home to discuss your needs and prepare an exact quote for you as well as do a Free Home Safety Inspection. They will go over any repairs/costs with you so you know exactly what you are paying for and tell you what they will be doing while they are in your home. In most cases, the Electrician will be prepared to do the work on the same day they quote it.
