- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My monthly services are fixed rates (outlined on my website), but one-time services are charged at an hourly rate.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We will have a free discovery call over Google Meet to discuss your needs and determine if we are a good fit. I will get a feel for your company’s needs, and you can learn more about my workflow. From there, we will determine pricing and discuss any add on services.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a bachelor in Accounting and Finance, and will receive my MBA in May of 2025.
