- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Prices vary, depending on scale of job, location and material availability. I believe that we live in times that everyone is out for every dollar they can get. I would believe my company has stayed fair to our customers. We don’t price gouge. We give fair bids and discounts on return customers. I can honestly say I’ve never had a customer complain about our pricing.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
As the owner, I come out personally to get to know each client individually and to get firsthand knowledge of what that customer wants. New or old customers we aim to please.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have my OSHA Cards for my 10 and 30. I’ve done 4 years of schooling for Union 119, I’ve also done CAD, and several building trades.
