- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We Do Not Charge by the hour, Flat Rate Pricing is used based on the repair. Example: Refrigerator repairs requiring deicing generally are more time consuming than say a dryer belt repair, therefore the repair rate for the refrigerator will be greater due to the additional steps taken to repair.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Upfront quote of service call to customer. Furthermore, scheduling an appointment same day or the following day with the customer.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Electrical Theory, Refrigeration (EPA Certified), 2 year degree at Manatee Technical Institute.
