- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I currently offer one of the lowest rates in my industry. I pride myself on hard work and thorough, meticulous service. I also do my best to work as efficiently as possible, saving the customer money in the long run.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I reach out to all new customers using the Thumbtack app and/or by phone or text. I try to schedule appointments that are convenient and match their requested date(s) and times.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have several years of handyman experience that has prepared me for doing a variety of tasks, such as repair work, installation, assembly, finish carpentry, deck staining and stripping, painting, and much more. I look forward to each new project!
