- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I use a pricing guide from homewise which keeps it with the market so it is a fair price. I do sometimes offers discounts like when it is close to the house I can afford to do that just depends on circumstances.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I make first contact as to introduce myself and get a feel for the situation and the customer, second I like to do on site quotes and estimates not only to see the sites environment and surroundings and circumstances but to also meet the customer face to face shake their hand that way I can get to know them a little bit and they can get to know me a little bit. once I have won the job then I try to keep the customer informed as much as possible with text messages and updates and sometimes pictures just to keep them at ease and relaxed.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a bachelor's degree in applied sciences I was a union carpenter for 7 to 8 years I was a lead carpenter for 5 to 6 years at the company that I worked. I have also been in the construction environment my entire life.
