- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I typically charge an hourly rate vs quoting by the job. Rates depend on cleanliness conditions such as pets and organizational needs.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Once I make contact with the client, I like to schedule a free in person consultation to discuss goals, expectations, and see the space in person before booking the job. The first booked visit takes longer on average to allow time for a more thorough cleaning. Performing a deeper clean the first time makes routine cleaning easier/quicker in the future.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been professionally cleaning for about a year. However, I have years of experience with family and friends on various decluttering projects and cleaning. After my previous employer went out of business I started with a professional cleaning company. I quickly developed a passion for transforming the homes of others and sharing their joy of a clean and organized home/office. I am constantly researching the best products and tools to perform the job at my best.
