I teach in a variety of ways -- my students not only ready music but I will teach them to read chord charts and play by ear. I believe musicians today need to be versatile and I hope to equip my students in that way. I love interacting with my students. I do not have a "standard method" because I believe every individual is different. So it becomes a joy and challenge to figure out what works and what doesn't with each student. It is awesome to witness my students grow in their musicality and pianistic skills.
