(I'm located at Noblesville, INDIANA. If you are not from the Indianapolis area, please be aware that you will be asking for ONLINE lessons only!!! If you live close to Noblesville, lessons can be On-Site) For the last 25 years I have been developing a musical career that includes several live and studio performances in different countries and extensive teaching experience from beginner to advanced players including onside and online classes and different guitar clinics. As a guitarist, singer, and composer I’m versatile in different styles and genres including rock, jazz, blues, pop, funk, smooth, fusion, etc. I have been sponsored by major brands such as IBANEZ, BOSS, BLACKSTAR, GRUVYEAR, MONO, ANALYSIS PLUS, among others and I have 6 studio albums with original compositions. I offer a well detailed guitar learning program with excellent methodology that will help you learn or improve your skills according to your musical needs and interests. Since I move to the US in 2021, I have been teaching lessons in English and Spanish and performing at different stages in different states. I enjoy teaching and helping the students to love and enjoy the instrument as I do. Katalina is a great teacher! She has many years of experience, and can identify what you need to do to get better at guitar. She is very patient and kind as well. I highly recommend her to anyone looking to improve their skills on guitar. Lesson notes are provided after each session to keep you on track, as well as support between sessions via text and email. Katilina has helped me progress a lot in a relatively short amount of time, she is very effective at identifying my mistakes and correcting them. She also gives great feedback on what I do well. I couldn't recommend a better teacher! We have only worked on the blues as of now, but she is also knowledgeable on jazz and fusion as well. This is my first experience taking lessons from a pro and I couldn't have been any more lucky to find someone as skilled as her.

I’ve loved my experience with Kathalina. I have no experience with guitar and so she has been great. She works with you from any level you’re at and customizes the lessons with the songs you like or want to learn. Totally recommended.

Catalina is a talented professional musician and a great teacher. I'm a beginner to intermediate guitarist and wanted to learn how to improvise and play solos. Every lesson Catalina has a plan for me, and all the lessons build on each other. I'm not Jimi Hendrix yet (lol) but I've made great progress with Catalina's help. She is great at helping you with whatever stage you are. She's smart, supportive, and has a great sense of humor. I feel lucky to have found her!
