FAQs
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When I come out to meet a new customer, I am very quick to give all of my information. This includes any specials that we are currently offering along with a reminder of our no service call fee and free estimates. I am very quick to look at the problem and discuss the different options for solution. I am not quick to replace, but rather to find a repair solution.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Always ask if they offer free estimates or if there is a service call. If either of these items are required, then you need to keep looking. We have found more often than not, those companies that require a service call are not local, but rather a dispatch organization working with subcontractors. These subcontractors are not interviewed, screened, or even required to prove their identity. This is not the way that we conduct business. The owner does over 95% of our jobs and takes great pride in his craft.
- What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
Please keep in mind your price range. If you have someone come out to look at a problem, keep them on task. Do not let them try to sell you the frivolous things or a replacement when a repair is all that is needed. Do not be afraid to ask for a second opinion from a different company, just like getting a second opinion from a medical professional.
