FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Every clients needs are unique and quotes are customized to meet your exact needs and preferences. Price quotes are dynamic and based on the size and scope of your needs and how much time is needed to deliver your images to you and not just based on the time spent shooting the raw footage. Roughly 20% of photography is the active shooting. It is my passion to deliver the highest quality possible and extra time is spent making sure you will be very pleased with the finished work.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I am available for phone calls, texts, or emails for followup questions and I am also available to meet in person. I think meeting in person is the most relational option and my personal preference. Photography and videography is more than a job its a relational passion and the process of working with my clients should be enjoyable and refreshing. I would love to meet up in a coffee shop or similar location to catch vision for your project and discuss expectations.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a member of the PPA (Professional Photographers of America) because I value learning from the best in my field and passing on that skill to you in the form of timeless and beautiful photography. Photography and videography have been my passion for over 10 years. This passion has led me to continually study and practice what I have learned. I have spent countless hours learning from experts in the field of both photography and videography. I have completed many video courses through lynda.com, macprovideo.com, and creativelive.com. I have also worked side by side with a professional videographer on multiple video projects including interviews and promotional videos.
