I hired them , told them the address and date by message! On that day , he told me they will not come because I didnt called them ! So he said even this APP showed project hired , dosnt mean you got booked!

This lady communicated with us around March 17th. She click the "Hire" button without fully getting details from our office. Here at Kentuckiana Moving we do not schedule a job through text. This lady preferred to use credit card and we told her that we would not be able to unless it was after April, 17th. The lady never said that was fine so we assumed that she did not want to use our services because she did not communicate with us after that. Not once did we say that she was scheduled or not once did she call and confirm. This lady could have been moved this weekend if she would have communicated correctly. We have been in business for almost a year now and have never not showed up to a job. This is a complete tarnishment of our reputation based on emotions. Jonathan Richards Operations Manager

This is late but the moving team that supported our move was fantastic. TJ and Ro were absolutely fantastic and I feel went above and beyond what my expectations were. I will definitely use this company again and specifically ask for TJ and Ro if I need to move again. Great job!
