- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
How It Works 1. Agree on Services Contact us by phone, text or email and we can walk you through our services. Afterwards, we will prepare a management agreement that fits your needs for you to review, approve and sign. 2. Create Owner's Account Once the management agreement is complete, we'll prepare your 24/7 online owner's account to access your properties, financials and operating metrics. 3. Property Transition We will request property specific information from you to contact existing tenants or list vacant units. If repairs need to be performed, we will also establish a plan to get your properties rent ready. 4. Tenant Onboarding We will reach out to your existing tenants to onboard them onto our platform and list any vacant units to bring your portfolio to full occupancy. 5. Income Disbursement We will continue to maintain your properties, fill vacant units and handle any requests that come up. At the end of each quarter, we will electronically disburse your rental proceeds to your bank account on file.
