I recently had the pleasure of working with Oliver for the installation of a new dishwasher, and I couldn't be more satisfied with the experience. From start to finish, the process was seamless and professional.
Oliver demonstrated exceptional skill and efficiency, ensuring that the installation was completed promptly and correctly. They were punctual, arriving exactly when they said they would, and they came fully prepared with all the necessary tools and materials. The attention to detail was evident, as they meticulously checked every connection and made sure everything was functioning perfectly before they left.
What truly stood out was his commitment to customer service. Oliver took the time to explain the installation process and answered all of my questions thoroughly. They were courteous and respectful, leaving the work area clean and tidy.
During Olivers time at my home, we had a family dog pass away. Oliver was kind enough to build her a very nice box to be buried in. It was a very nice gesture of him.
