Home Matters did a GREAT job on our move in clean as well as carpets! The house was empty, but the cleaning was thorough and looked great. The carpet cleaner however was the icing on the cake- Aaron was our guy and he worked very hard, he was there for a longer than expected time and did a tremendous job, we were very satisfied, we have recommended them already to our parents who will be in the process of moving in the next couple years.

They were great we had many different household things that had to be done. Cleaning House Cleaning Gutters Repair a Door sill They were able to tackle them all. Nice Job. We will use again.. Especially for house cleaning

I can't give this company 5 stars because I requested my house to be power washed. Brandon did a great job but he did not power wash the soffits or eavestroughs. When I mentioned these areas he said when we did the walk through he thought I only wanted the siding power washed. I told him I didn't know this was `a la cart. I pointed out green areas on some areas of the siding that was my concern but I wanted the whole house power washed. I was told they could come back for an additional charge to do Soffits and eaves but I felt it should have been done from the beginning. I had already paid them $400. The front of my house was never done. I told Brandon if he couldn't do the front porch I understood because we had Christmas decorations but he could have done the siding around the garage. Lesson learned. Brandon should have asked me if I wanted the soffits and eavestroughs cleaned when we did the walk through.

I have used Home Matters once so far. Everyone I dealt with was responsive and professional! The cleaning crew arrived on time and got to work right away. They knew exactly what I was looking for in terms of cleaning and getting the house ready for a rental. I plan to use them this summer for several rental turnovers.
