- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My standard price for a service call is $158.00 for the first hour. During normal bussiness hours$45.00 service charge. & 56.50 per half hour. from 5:00pm to 10:00 pm the rate is $76.50 per half hour. And from 10:00 pm the rate is $180.00 per hour
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I communicate with them by phone or text to find out exactly what they need done. Then i usually schedule a site vist to see the scope of there reqest.then i will give them an estimated cost.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have taken college courses in residential, commercial, & industrial , electricity. I also am educated on electrical safty. And i educate my customers on how to avoid electrical hazards.in there home or property. I am trained to identify electrical code violations.
