My dog was so matted it was embarrassing. I felt horrible for how he looked, but she told me it happens. He had been nicked by another groomer near his eye so grooming was always a big fight with him. She actually listened to him (and us) and was able to calm us all down. When she finished I had my dog back again. Her patience is unbelievable. She was very friendly and informative. 10 out of 10 would highly recommend.

Loreal was wonderful. It was my pups 1st grooming and she had alot if hair. She was kind and patient with my baby. She ended up also bathing my other dog as well. I will definitely hire her again.

I just love Loreal , from the time she messaged me I could tell she was very compassionate about what she does for our fur babies . She was on time and educated me through the process and the steps she was going to take to get my GG back to looking like a cute puppy . Before my appointment I passed her information on to 3 of my friends .one has already scheduled. Not once did she make me feel like my questions were dumb questions. She took her time and explained everything to me with confidence in her answers . GG and I already booked our next appointment ! Love you girl ….. keep loving on our fur babies and making them sexy again ! LOL
