- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I price per (30 min or 60 min) visit unless my customer requests additional time or services. Prices vary according to number of pets and distance traveled.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to set up a consultation with a potential client. This usually involves an initial phone conversation or text message. A home visit also called a "meet n greet" follows prior to the actual "starting date" for introductions and confirmations.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My education is in healthcare. I feel blessed to work within the Special Needs community helping others navigate their “personal best.” My role is that of Direct Support Personnel (DSP) providing assistance & care to those in need. Compassion & care are strengths which help me serve clients & pets alike.
