- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We do a simple per hour pricing, materials, and trip charge. If you have already purchased an item and need help installing it there will only be a trip charge and hourly rate.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We will give you a call to gather more information about your vision for how your house should look and feel. Following this call we will either give you a phone estimate or schedule a free estimate at your home. When we succeed in finding an estimate that matches your budget and vision we will schedule the project and get your home back in top working order.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All of our craftsman have more than 5 years of industry experience. Their work is guaranteed by our 1 year labor warranty. Training is provided to our craftsmen for customer service to ensure you have a courteous and professional encounter with our employees entering your home.
