- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing is done after we are fully knowledgeable on the project details. This can give you the best pricing that is not going to change! If you have your own materials for a project and are just looking for labor please make sure to communicate that, as it factors into your quote.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our typical process starts with getting the details of your project, including timeframes, size, details of work, location, etc. We will then give you a quote on the estimated cost of your project. This then leads to discussion about any changes you may want depending on the quote given. If you agree to the quote, we can then set a time for completion of your project. You will then be emailed a contract to sign about your project and agreement with Visionary Renovations. We will then send out a contractor to complete your project. Upon completion of the project an invoice will be sent for payment to your email or in person/mail. Payments can be made via check, cash, Zelle, Apple Pay, and through Thumbtack.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our team has over 4+ years of experience in renovations and home projects. Each carpenter has worked for past renovation companies for years, as well as gone through our company training.
