- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I try to be as fair as possible; yet competitive enough to stay in business. If my customers have issues, I am almost always willing to negotiate a better rate.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
After arriving at the home, I typically will do a walk through with my client and see what their problem areas are, and if there are any areas of focus. I will always try to complete the job within the client’s time frame; however, I am honest about my meticulous process of how I clean.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
After spending time in the housing and RV industry, I decided it was time for a change. I wanted to be able to be my own boss and set my own hours because I wanted more time with our kids. I enjoy cleaning and have always been very organized. I have also always wanted to help people and seeing how happy I have made some people with my cleaning and organizational abilities, So, with the help and support of my husband, I decided it was time to try and start a business.
