- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Here at Pro Painters Plus we try to as affordable as possible. Offering specials thru out the year. Discounts for Seniors and Repeat Customers. We offer yearly maintenance at an fee.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We offer free estimates. Free Consultation. We will meet with the customer at their home. Evaluate the project needed to complete. Discuss options and packages we offer. Proceed to give a estimated proposal based on what we can visible see. If our services are accepted by the new customer will proceed to discuss plans, payment, and scheduling.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have over 30 years experience in the home improvement business. Most of my training started very early in my 20's. learning from other craftsmen in the business. Spent years learning about different projects and how to problem solve and come to solutions that provide customers with their dream home.
