- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Please note that all prices are subject to change based on the cost of parts. The service call fee is $85, but this fee can be waived if our services are hired.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The customer agrees to pay the service call fee for on-site diagnosis. If parts are needed, we will procure them and return when available. For on-site repairs, we will provide an estimate and proceed with approval. The service call fee will be subtracted from the total repair cost if our services are hired.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have 9 years of experience in the aviation industry and 3 years of experience in appliance repair.
