I contacted Hi Techs Indy to assemble a few items, install an air conditioner and mount a TV. The team arrived on Saturday September 21, 2024. I dealt with Robb, directly. Lets start with the good: The bed they assembled is tight and sturdy. The air conditioner seems to be installed well and works according to manufacturer specifications. The desk and accompanying chair seem to be sturdy and holding up well. Now for the not so good: I purchased an hydraulic table for assembly. The table wobbles when lifted and does not line up according to manufacturer specifications. There is a TV mount that is held up by a Styrofoam "piece" (see picture) that I had to install myself to make the TV eye-level and able to be watched by guests in the living room. Robb promised me to return to fix items that were not done to specification. I received one follow-up text from Robb on Sunday September 22 asking for availability for the following Saturday, September 29. I offered him my availability and have not heard from in him in almost a month. This company has the potential to be good. However, my suggestion would be to survey the bandwidth present and agree to jobs that fit within the scope of their abilities. Antoine J.
