Mayhew Financial is a vital part of keeping my books organized and properly prepared. What I like most about their services is their attention to detail. Past accounting companies would simply look at my bottom line and core numbers and simply plug them in for tax reporting then charge me an arm and a leg for simple services. Zach actually takes a more in depth look at my books to make sure I am classifying accounts properly and he suggests on better practices I should be using and then explains why. He is able to go above and beyond to make sure the financial side of my business is running smoothly and that my revenues and expenses are properly organized so I can achieve the best refund available to me. If you are using anyone else besides Mayhew Financial I believe you are simply just throwing time and money out the window.

I highly recommend Zach Mayhew without any reservation. My company, LuckyGuy Bakery, originally employed Mayhew Financial to keep our books, and provide financial analyses for purchasing and for product pricing decisions. We soon learned that his skill set went beyond financial support. Zach remedied our workflow issues by researching, recommending and setting up software that connects our online store, payment gateway, shipping provider, Quickbooks and Mail Chimp. What was a labor intensive, unwieldy system is now seamless. Zach has a very professional temperament, and approaches problems very thoughtfully. He provides excellent service in a timely fashion.
