A leak showed up on an upstairs ceiling. Their very friendly tech Carl Smith came over the day I called and diagnosed the problem: grit from the shingles had collected on my Leaf Guard gutter covers, forcing water back under the roof. He cleaned this off--and didn't charge for the visit. Carl had solved another roof problem here last year and remembered me. I will use this company again and recommend them.
