My services include professional photography & pre listing inspections on listings.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Buyer consultations are completed in my office in Speedway or online via Zoom. Taking you through the step by step process into home ownership and explaining the process. If you are looking to list your home for sale, we schedule a time for me to complete a tour. I then provide a competitive market analysis and provide data with the suggested listing price.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I'm always taking a new course, certifications, seminars, and online education to further my knowledge of the real estate market. I'm involved with the local real estate association and serving on the DEI & Grievance committees. I'm certified in foreclosure and short sales and have years of experience with bank owned homes.
