- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I'm looking forward to connecting! Here is a summary I send to buyers when they first get started. Looking forward to jumping on a call! I've put together a list of steps to make you as successful as possible in the home-buying process and make you feel confident throughout the process. Star and Save this email. 1. Schedule a 15-minute Buyer Success Call with me. I like to schedule a 15-minute call over Zoom so I can learn more about your goals. I have a refined system to make sure you don't miss out on any properties and that you don't overpay. Click Here to Schedule or reply to this email with a time that works for you. 2. Getting Pre-Approved is extremely important to do at the beginning of the process. It can sometimes be just a day to get pre-approved but other times a week. Here are three great lenders to reach out to. Kristin Lakes----Andrew Engle ---- Brian Burke: ---- Your Dream Home Quiz! It only takes a few minutes and helps you figure out whats important to you. (This also helps me in case I have an off-market listing) I will then set you up on an MLS search to show you everything that might hit the market within your criteria. Home Quiz 4. Scheduling tours. Exciting! Let's go see a couple of houses! Simply email or text me the address of the homes you'd like to tour with a time frame that works best for you. The majority of homes require approval from sellers so if the proposed time does not work for the homeowner, they will propose a new time. After the first trip out, let me know as soon as one I send you catches your eye. 5. When you tour the perfect home, I will pull home disclosures, tax records, and quick comps in the area to make sure you don't overpay. Once you're ready to take a leap, we will spend 20 minutes (Or however long you need) talking through your first offer. You don't need to remember anything but once you have an accepted offer my assistant and I will guide you every step of the way! Go ahead and schedule a call by replying to this email or clicking the link so we can get you into the perfect property. Congrats!
