If you are looking for a personal trainer, Justin is great to work with! I am at a beginners level and have tried several trainers in the past for a few months but Justin has been the best to work with, while also being the most knowledgeable and professional. He understands my ability level well and I consistently feel challenged, but never that a workout is one I can’t push myself to finish. Highly recommend!

Justin is great! My husband and I just started with him as our personal trainer. Looking for a personal trainer and trying to get back in shape can be super intimidating but Justin has made the process so comfortable. He was responsive and chatted with us about what are goals were. He kicks our butts— in a good way!
