I love Dr Latisha and the personalized progressive weekly workout plan she makes for me. It has helped me confidently get back to challenging workouts.With her guidance, I know I am actually strengthening towards recovery; removing any guesswork and worry I might be doing more harm. Her app allows me to communicate with her in between our sessions when I have questions or need guidance.I would call yesterday a pain free day!I didnt really do anything other than just relax, gym, and dog walks. But my walk felt balanced and literally pain free for the first time in months!!

Dr Williams is very knowledgeable and helpful. I injured my knee while on vacation and after returning home I wasn't for sure who or where to go (ER to get MRI ). I contacted Dr. Williams and she gave what to do far as care ( the RICE method) and some knee exercises specifically avoiding a MRI. After one week I feel so much better. I can feel my knee healing.

Dr. Latisha was amazing! Shes super friendly, very personable, and really listens to you. She was essential in helping me work through my ankle pain and mobility issues, which made it possible for me to cross the finish line of the Chicago Marathon! I highly recommend her - Id never go anywhere else!

Run for Life PT has been an amazing experience. Dr. Latisha is extremely knowledgeable and created a program specifically for my needs. If youre a runner dealing with any injury REGARDLESS how much experience you have I highly recommended Dr. Latisha! I had a hamstring injury that I couldnt figured out but she sat down and worked out an excellent rehab plan (with a handy mobile app) to get me back out on the roads. Very patient and kind person. Thank you Dr. Latisha!
