Had a great time training with Morgan, went up 30+ pounds and there was tons of form correction to make sure everything was done properly and great judgement of what exercises should be used to have the best results, would highly recommend to anyone who is looking to level up in the gym

More than anything, when I first met Morgan, I didn’t know anything about the gym, or the culture behind it. The only thing I knew was ai needed a change, not only just in my habits, but my overall life, and how I approached everything in life. Morgan, not only engrained proper form throughout all of my exercises, he showed me that the gym is more than about fitness. It’s overcoming challenges, and doing it the right way. While anything is hard, it’s not impossible. In his words, “you just have to eat more.” You can apply that philosophy to everything. Eat the knowledge given, eat the opportunity to have the opportunity, and eat when it comes to the lift, and more than anything… eat the food. Morgan, was not only my personal trainer. He became someone I hold in high regard, admire, and truly appreciate as a person. If you have the opportunity to work with Morgan. Do it. The whole way.
